Just increased my meager donation and renewed season tickets. Loyal fan? Sucker? Both?

Expectation: 5-7
Reality 2-10

I hope I’m wrong, but I think the offense will struggle even more than last season.

I think the wins are Texas Southern and 1 over either ULL or Georgia Southen, that’s it.

I don't have sons, I have two daughters. If I had sons, I wouldn't want them chasing hypocrites at Baylor, or chasing sheep at Ass & M, or chasing longhorns in Asstin.

Just to be clear, you would discourage your children from attending three nationally renowned universities?

You're for sure appreciated, regardless of how unappreciated other people on the board may say the AD makes fans feel. There were a good 1,000 fans at the "Spring Scrimmage", which was unheard of 10 years ago.

Two wins, and that's being generous considering our starting QB will be a true Freshman who has yet to play a down of college football (Tyler V.)

Watching the spring scrimmage, WJIII had regressed and Gipson showed some promise with accurate throws over the middle, but he won't have the same amount of time to sit in the "pocket" when the games are for real.

Please don't doom Vitt with your endorsement before he ever steps foot on campus....

He's got Montana like vision, Aikman like precision, and Vick like wheels.

Typically the season ends the opposite of taxmans predictions so this could be a good sign

We won two games last year, which is right about where I forecast before the season. Williams wasn't the answer at QB, just like I forecast before the season, and Withers is well on his way to a buyout.....much like I forecast two seasons back.

But hey.....I'm the one who doesn't know what he's talking about.

I predicted 2 wins last year as well. Maybe you are right this year again as well. You say 2-3 and I say 4-5. We will find out soon enough.

2 wins...

I'm tired of being optimistic about this team. Until we fire Teis, nothing's going to change. We need a winning culture from the top down.

When discussing Bobcat Athletics, it's always best to keep your expectations low. . . .

. . . When minimum expectations are met, you won't be disappointed.

. . . and in the ever so rare event that minimum expectations are exceeded, you're left pleasantly surprised. :sombrero:
