 Re: CIT tourney
I'm probably not the best barometer as I have no reference point. Lower bowl seemed pretty full.

 Re: CIT tourney
TAMCC hosts a game at 2:00 PM on Sunday, I wonder if they will send us there or if we will get to host another round.

#TXST will play at four on Saturday. Might be at home. Might be against Texas A&M Corpus Christie. All we know is the game is on Saturday.

 Re: CIT tourney
loved the effort from conley tonight. he can't hit the broad side of a barn, but his defense was relentless. had a nice stretch tonight where he had a steal, a 3pt bucket and forced a 5s call on an inbound, all back-to-back.
kgt really is a foul magnet. holey moley kid.
why can't our guys break a press? that was brutal to watch.
i haven't watched much of this season, but it seems like we have 2 offensive plans, one gets us back cuts to the hoop, a la the princeton offense; the other is perimeter based to free up clean 3pt shots. tonight it was all perimeter and we don't have 3pt shooters to take advantage of that.

 Re: CIT tourney
Loved the atmosphere at the game. I believe the crowd got inside the head of #11. Kind of surprised but he faltered towards the end of the game. His mistake was getting involved with the crowd the way he did then couldn't back it up. Anyway, I'm proud of this team and looking forward to the next game.

 Re: CIT tourney
I have no idea how these underground tournaments work outside the NIT.... how is it that Saint Peter's was one of the teams to receive a top seed and a 2-game bye but yet they're playing away to a team who didn't get a bye...

 Re: CIT tourney
It is like when we hosted FCS playoff games, the teams that have money can buy home games.

 Re: CIT tourney
Then for a team that doesn't reguarly live in the top half of the NCAA RPIs and thus the post-season, I would say paying to host is money very well spent
