 TxSt Goalpost
When we beat either Troy or stAte, we will have to spend some money on a new goalpost.

 Re: TxSt Goalpost
Even if we beat both of them... I wouldn't want to tear down the goalposts.
If they were ranked at the time? Maybe.
If it secured us a conference championship? Absolutely. If it secured us a bowl invite (not just eligibility)? You bet.
But just beating a good team doesn't do it for me.
If anything, we should have torn down the goalposts two years ago when we beat stAte as it represented the first time we beat an FBS team with a winning record.

I was at the Idaho game last weekend. Attendance was pathetic, but I can't blame the fans.
I'll be at the Troy game, if nothing else, to support TJ and the rest of the seniors.

It will be the third home game I will have missed since the move up and the first against an FBS opponent. They have my season ticket money and Bobcat Club donation. I feel bad for TJ and his family. I wish it would have ended better.

 Re: TxSt Goalpost
I've left shortly after halftime every home game I've attended this year. I don't feel the least bit guilty--my passion for the program is almost gone. I've also gone to just buying GA cheap seats since dropping my BC membership & season tickets. Severing my financial relationship with Bobcat Athletics has significantly helped me cope with this abysmal athletic program.
I am looking forward to my December 3rd date with The Bun, mainly to point at all of the empty seats and drink her booze.
