Not to take away anyones personal Accolades, but why is TXST going to a contest held by a DIII school?

Why do so many sports insist on competiting down?

UTSA sent a few kids but it looks as if we sent the whole team.

There's no budget to speak of and hasn't been for years. They can't afford to travel. That's also why all our home track meets have no other teams. The Bobcats compete against themselves and occasionally some unattached athletes that are redshirting and can't travel with their college teams. Once in a while, UTSA will send a few scrubs as a favor. IWU & Trinity will show up every other year also.
