I will be filing a law suit against straight talk, because I never signed a contract and I even asked the employee at Walmart if the phone was unlocked, and he said yes. I tried to call them to unlock my phone and they tell me I can't unless I've had 12 months. I never signed anything agreeing to that, and no one ever told me about that. Even contract phones will still unlock your phone for you. I was on the phone from 3PM to 8PM yesterday just trying to get hold of a supervisor from the unlock dept. They were rude and I know the supervisors let it ring and just disconnected the call. This is a scam company, committing high way robbery just to get more money. I have already filed an official complaint to the BBB and will not let them continue to get away with this!

Before accusing a company, you must gather substantiated evidence. Without any facts, no one will believe you, I looked at straight talk wireless reviews and, in principle, they have an average but honest reputation.
