Why doesn't texas state make swimming an ncaa sport? the club team has shown it can compete at a high level

The cost of scholarships for men and women plus coaching salaries, travel, and facilities are probably too much. Plus i don't know if the Sun Belt sponsors swimming. If they don't then you have to find a conference that does and become an associate member. Odds are, that conference isn't geographically close and would add to travel expenses.

It would be a nice idea to include as a sport. I am learning to swim in a high level.
