Post Nike Air Max Plus White/Black/Metallic Pewter

While the light grey mesh uppers seem standard, the usual TPU molded wavy overlays are now a printed graphic atop the base for a softer look. The unique taping on the tongue spelling out “TUNED” and the speckled red laces use reflective materials to further elevate the model. Adding to the unconventional elements is no other than the Regrind rubber outsole, which uses recycled waste products to create a speckled look. Despite all these details, the Air Max Plus still maintains a clean look in Silver Bullet-esque colorway.

While in no way affiliated with Diamond Supply Co. or the high end jeweler, this Nike Shoes For Women catches our eye for its resemblance to that elegant look, effortlessly embodying the aesthetic with that signature blue upper, the black overlay, and matted silver Swoosh logos and matching Air units. And like many Air Max Plus releases since its official global reintroduction to the market, these will undoubtedly sell out fast than you think.

The storied history of Nike Air Max Plus White/Black/Metallic Pewter had the most action in the 1990s as several new styles of Air bubbles and its corresponding logos marked the wondrous decade of runners. Nike has, in fact, taken measures to remember the 90s with several campaigns such as 2005/2006’s “History Of Air” which detailed the most memorable inclusions of the legacy. For 2021, it appears that Nike is honoring the vast catalog of Max, depicting the individual emblems on the insoles while building the exterior in vivid colors. This Air Max Plus, however, adds a corduroy exterior beneath the external webbing to contrast the colored bars on the tongue as well as the exposed midfoot plate.

The Stylish felt-like look of the black uppers are thanks to a fabric that consists of 67% recycled content—also seen on a handful of other sustainable releases, such as the Air Force 1. While the familiar TPU wavy design lines are present, contrast zig-zag stitches in grey and Electric Green trace the mudguard for an updated look on the 1998 model. 15% of the translucent rubber outsole is composed of recycled Nike Grind, giving it a speckled look that adds an additional texture to the mix.
