When having breakfast consist of one half serving of carbohydrates, one 1/2 serving of protein, a serving Evo Elite Keto of fruit and one serving of dairy. For your lunch have a complete serving of carbohydrates, half of serving of protein, one serving of greens and an afternoon snack of 1 serving of fruit. For dinner have a full serving of protein, one half of serving of carbohydrates, two servings of vegetables.
