Highly scientific... :-)

You might should have included environment/energy policy as a separate item as both campaigns have that topic in heavy rotation in their stump speeches.

Getting the country on the right track. Getting our standing in the world back as a true leader. These last 8 years have set us back in so many ways.

We have lost our rights , etc........ I am starting to rant.... :o

Anyway here are my top five

Getting our footing back
Economy
War In Iraq (Mission complete)
War in Afghan
HealthCare ( 87% increase this year to employers who provide hc to their employees. How :x )

Taxes for me

If they implemented the FairTax, this financial/economic crisis would be well on its way to being solved. Bringing $13 trillion in off-shore funds back to US banks with NO tax consequences and allowing people to keep their ENTIRE paychecks instead of having 35-40% confiscated (including OASDI & Medicare) would create an infusion of capital never even dreamed of by our wonderful leaders.

There wasn't $20 million of research by Harvard and Princeton economists put into developing the FairTax for nothing.

nice theory, except for all the problems that the so-called "fair tax" could cause itself. and nobody pays 40% of their income in federal income, ss and medicare taxes right now anyway.
