Post Year end power ranking finish
Even though picked by the SLC coaches/SDI as not to make the NCAA's, most fans probably expected a better pre-SLC run than that which has transpired.

Came across a computer poll that ranks women's Div 1 basketball before this weekend games begin; the Bobcat felines are rated as #328 out of 343 teams http://talismanred.com/ratings/whoops/ vs. the men in Sagarin's poll as #325 out of 345 teams http://www.usatoday.com/sports/sagarin/bkt1011.htm

Consequently, the women's rank presently, per the computer poll cited, in the .9562 percentile...the men in the .9420 percentile.

The attached poll asks where the teams will fall vis a vis computer rankings at the end of the season.

Women finish bottom 10% no doubt. I say the mens team will start to win just enough games at the end of the year to sneak above the 10% mark. Davalos's teams usually play better during conference than out of conference. I would say its because the Southland is weak, but half of our losses this year are against teams that would get slaughtered in the Southland (OLLU, HBU, TSU)
