When owners Chase and Seth Katz decided to open a bar in San Marcos, they were looking to create a different sort of social atmosphere – a place where the music wouldn’t be too loud to gather and converse with friends. From the furniture to the wide selection of Texas-based beers, the Zelicks atmosphere is homemade.
