Manager vs. Mayor – The Main Event

The San Marcos Local News is reporting about the fight brewing between San Marcos City Manager Rick Menchaca and Mayor Susan Narvaiz. Last night Rick Menchaca was fired by the city council in a 4-3 vote. He is threating legal action against the city and according to the story it’s coming down to petty differnences between opposing views on parking spots and bike lanes.
